Notes Of Remembrance Tom is buried at Fort Worth, Texas He began working at Central Airlines in the mid to late 1950s Tom is listed in the 1958 Central Airlines Annual Report His construction company built Central's HQs building in 1958 - 1959 Tom is also named in the 1959 open house brochure The 1961 Annual Report showed Tom on the Board of Dirctors Notice of Tom's death was given in the 1962 Annual Report
