I don't have any details except that he was in a Kohl's department store, and either tripped, or fell for some reason. Apparently hit his head and they think he broke his neck and died. He sent me a note stating both he and his sister would like for the Frontier News to let people know about Roger. I will send Brett a note to let him know to expect a call from you He also has pictures -Al Sprenger (4/15/20) Brett sent me a Facebook friend request before I could phone him I was so sorry to hear about your dad. I want to build a memorial webpage for him. -Jake Lamkins (4/15/20) That would be so great he would be so happy... he loved frontier airlines and airplanes. We found in his brief case a bunch of frontier airlines pins and pictures that he had saved -Brett Jensen (4/15/20) I don't have any photos of him or his obituary. Had he been ill? -Jake Lamkins (4/15/20) Dad was not ill - it was a freak accident. He was walking in Kohl's department store on March 6 and fell and broke his neck. I flew out there to be with him and my sister on March 7. He was flown to UC-Davis in Sacramento from Yuba City, California. One of the store employees found him and new CPR they revived him. He was on life support at UC-Davis for a week while I was there. He was unresponsive so then we had to make the hardest decision of our lives to take him off life support. Dad passed on the night of March 16. Dad had in his will that he did not want an obituary or funeral...so we honored that. He did not want to be a burden on anyone. -Brett Jensen (4/15/20) He is the fifth Frontier employee to die from a fall in the last 7 months. Visit our memorial webpage to get an idea of what I want to do. http://FAL-1.tripod.com/ObitsAgents.html If you can send me some photos of him, preferably from back in his Frontier days, I'll get started on it. -Jake Lamkins (4/15/20) Here are some pictures of my dad please keep me posted. Thank you again this means alot to me and my sister -Brett Jensen (4/17/20) Thank you. I am sure the family really appreciates it. -Al Sprenger (4/20/20) I just wanted to send Roger's family my condolences on his passing. He was a true gentleman and good friend. As I recall, I first met Roger in the late 60s in SDY and OLF when he was a relief agent. I flew the mail then prior to my getting hired at FAL. We contracted with FAL to use their radio and weather observer. Roger was one of our weather observers. We continued our friendship when he came to BIL. -Jim Currie (4/21/20)
