It does not show the city where he was based.
However FL started service to YXE & YQR, Saskatoon and Regina, on 5/1/81.
Paul and 7 other agents have seniority dates in Mar/Apr 1981 so they probably opened those stations.

the sudden passing of our brother Paul Struch on Sunday November 3rd.
