(4/13/22) Reva Burke Another great pilot flying in peacefully forever. God bless his family and friends. Jeep Green When husband John went to Missouri Military Academy in the eighth grade, there was Mike Thomas in the 10th grade. They became friends but after graduation each went a different direction. John went to The Citadel and when he walked through the doors of Central Airlines, there was Mike one or two numbers ahead of him on the seniority list. That's when the real friendship began! Both guys shared so much in common and our families even got together. We have been blessed to know Mike all these years and had such good times being with he and Sandy. They were such a perfect couple. Mike will be missed! (4/14/22) Pam Coffman Ellis Prayers for Mike's family and friends Cherylann Morgan RIP Barb Womack I remember him as Ron Gallop's best friend in the early years. (4/17/22) Candace Short Today is heavy. We said "see you again" to a dear friend. Someone who we love very much, Mike Thomas. There are many stories I will forever cherish. Here's a few: When Reagan was born, Mike bought her very first Pink Camo outfit. From "Cabelers" of course. The many trips to the cafe across the parking lot for lunch and getting excited if the menu had something we liked! [chocolate cake day!] Always saving an Oreo for me (Thanks Sandra for packing extras) The time he was SO excited to show me his new "Big Ass Truck!" This was when AC seats were new. He turned them on and I was convinced I peed my pants. I had never heard of AC seats! He never turned them on again when I was with him. Many lunch dates, especially when I was going through my divorce. His words were always comforting and he understood every feeling I had. When he got his iPhone and he meant to call me but actually FaceTiming me. All I saw was his ear the entire conversation. Dancing with him, even though he "doesn't dance", at the Christmas Party. He always said "I love you" before he left and always requested a kiss on the cheek. I miss that cheek. Towards the end, even though he didn't remember who I was, he said "I love you too." And last but not least, a few weeks before he passed, he confusingly walked around the room saying "This is Bullshit!" And I have to agree, Mike Thomas, this is bullshit. (4/19/22) Ashley Moore Today was a rough day but we made it through. a few things happened that I knew Mike was the one pulling the strings. First - during the lunch prayer this beautiful airplane sound came on super loud! standing with Jeff chuckling to ourselves and trying to keep it together - we knew it was you. Second - the loud crack of thunder at your site. I know it was you just wanting to let us know you were there. Today was a beautiful day and it was nice to be with my second family again. Sandra Thomas, Jeff Thomas, and Nedra Frain y'all are still in my thoughts and prayers. We miss y'all and love y'all more!
