Good buddy! -Jack McLaughlin (11/30/16) I just learned something new reading my Air-America Log 35.3 t’day. There was a piece about Mike Faas from his days as a USAF A1-E “Sandy” pilot. I knew Mike had some extraordinary experiences, but never knew his affiliation with Air-America. This is surprising since Mike flew several trips as my co-pilot with the historic Frontier Airlines and, I thought, knew about my having participated in the SE Asia War Games. Additionally, Mike was a member of Frontier's Master Executive Council with me for a while. A very interesting fellow was Mike, even more so learning more about him after he had Gone West in 2016 from brain cancer (Glioblastoma) at age 72.
