I don't know the exact year - 85, 86, or 87?

He is not on the 2/1/86 list.

per the Nov 1984 FL Roster.
Not on the Aug 1990 FL Roster.

He was senior to me and I started in May of 79. 
I know he was based in SLC. 
I remember he was buried in Texas.
He went by Michael.
One of his best friends was Randy Dunton or Denton, He was a FA also.

Not much to go on so far. 
There are a lot of Michael Murphys in the SSDI and FindAGrave.com. 
Anyone know what year he flew west, 
his middle name, where he was from, etc. 
I found him on the 2/1/81 AFA seniority list as 
M L Murphy with seniority date of 8/2/78. 
He is not on the 2/1/86 list. 
He is on the Nov 1984 FL Roster.
