LIZ CLARK 1972 - 1977 TICKET COUNTER AGENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT-GROUND JAC I worked with Liz in JAC in, I think, 1972. She was a customer service agent type. -Jake Lamkins (2/17/06) Email to Ken Wientjes in JAC: Hi Ken, I ran across an article about Liz in a 1973 FL News. Do I recall right that she started working there in 1972 in the summer? Seems I remember her there my last summer. How long did she work for FL and what positions? Is she still around JAC? -Jake Lamkins (2/17/06) I think Liz worked for about 5 or 6 years if I remember right and then when she had her first kid she quit FL and went to work for the State of WY at the weigh station. I haven't seen her in years so have no idea what she is doing now. I think she still lives down in Freedom, WY with her husband. -Ken Wientjes (2/17/06) E CLARK Group D ticket counter seniority date of 9/1/73 per the Jan 1974 FL/ALEA Seniority List. She was a JAC temporary agent the summer of 1972. It seems she worked at the Jackson Lake Lodge and not at the airport. -Jake Lamkins (10/7/16) Freedom, WY/ID is 50 miles SSE of Jackson, WY and straddles the WY/ID border. Liz lived on the WY side but is buried on the ID side of the border. I am not sure she was ever a ticket counter agent since all the records I have show her in CSR-ground type positions but she may have been classified as a TCA at some point. It also seems likely some of her time was temporary or in a non-ALEA covered sales position. -Jake Lamkins (10/8/16) FLacebook - FL Club FLight West: Liz Clark JAC CSR-ground Liz Clark's memorial webpage is posted: http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Liz_Clark.html Liz was a "Frontier Girl" for awhile. Recently found she flew west last year. Post your remembrances. -Jake Lamkins (10/8/16) She was at Jackson Lake Lodge and I worked as a res agent at the airport. I had the privilege of spending the day at the lodge with her and found she had a blessed opportunity there. -Laurel Nicewander (10/11/16) I was shocked to hear that Liz had passed away. We stopped by her place in Freedom a year ago last summer and she was not home we left a message but she never did call back. I would assume that she was already having health problems by then. I haven't seen Liz in many years. I wish now I had been more persistent in getting together with her. -Ken Wientjes (10/14/16)
