LES PHILLIPS 1967 - 1986 PILOT SLC DEN SLC Pilot Les Phillips sends his FLamily his regards. I saw him last night at a celebration of life for his son who recently passed away. Les is suffering from Alzheimer's. He still remembered flying 19 great years for Frontier. Les is 77 now. -Scott Kendell (11/26/17) Oh what a handsome gentleman. So glad he can remember FL. Did he have any sense that his son passed away? -Linda Casey Hamala (11/26/17) His son actually passed on Oct 3 in Texas. They had his Utah celebration of life yesterday, so I am sure most of the grieving has gone, but Les still knows a bit of whats going on, he remembered my Dad Al, and some of his SLC pilots when I asked him, his wife is keeping a good eye on him. -Scott Kendell (11/26/17) Sad to report SLC Pilot Les Phillips flew West last night. He was a great FAL Pilot and friend. He will be missed. -Al Kendel (4/14/18) We will miss him. Just a good guy. -Alan Harris (4/14/18) Great guy.
