A Jan 1972 FL NEWS article notes Les' arrival at FL as VP-Operations 
and he is listed in the 1972 annual report with that title.
The 1973 annual report lists his title as VP & Technical Director.
Aug 1973 and Jan 1974 articles say he is VP-Maintenance and Engineering.
The 1974 annual report does not list Les and shows Bud Naylor as VP-Maintenance.
Bud was shown as Director-Maintenance in the Jan 1974 article.
The May 1974 FL NEWS announced Bud's promotion to VP - no mention of Les.

Frontier names operations chief DENVER, Colo. -- 
Leslie J. Keely will become vice-president-operations of Frontier Airlines effective February 1,1972. 
For the past 12 years, Keely has been with North Central Airlines, 
serving as vice president-maintenance and engineering. 
Prior to that, he was associated with Braniff Airlines and 2 predecessor airlines over a 23-year period. 
At Frontier, he will be responsible for the operating departments of the company 
including maintenance and engineering, flight operations and materiel.

Less Pollution -- Frontier Airlines has converted the engines 
on its fleet of 13 Boeing 737 jetliners to a new "low-smoke configuration" 
which eliminates most of the visible smoke emission on takeoff and landing, 
Les Keely, vice president- operations, announced. 
Keely said jet engine exhaust  emission "contributes only minutely to the air pollution problem 
but that Frontier and other airlines voluntarily instituted and 
have substantially completed a program to reduce even further this emission."
