You are absolutely right, Jake. It is Roy Deeming in the white coveralls. 
I have searched thru several of Ken Schultz's lists and that name never appeared.

DEN lead inspector Leonard Stuart's memorial webpage has been posted.

Two errors were found in the records.
The 1973 retirement article says he came to Monarch in 1946
but the Feb 1960 FL Roster gives his date of hire as 1/12/47.
The SSDI shows his birth year as 1909
but his tombstone and the Feb 1960 FL Roster say 1908.
Still need an obituary for Leonard.
