LEE KANGIESER BECK 1952 - 1953 FLIGHT ATTENDANT DEN A lady from my church saw an obituary in the Republic today and called me. It was for Nathan, Leona “Lee” Beck. She was born in 1930 and graduated from Nebraska City , Nebraska . It stated after graduation she moved with her family to Denver , Colo. And went to work as a stewardess for Frontier Airlines. While flying between Denver and Phoenix , she met her husband Charles L “Bud” Beck and married in 1953. I’ll mail you the obit, I’ll keep a copy for info only and you can post in the FL News, there may be someone out there that knew her. She’d be 78, was born on December 4, 1930. I’ll get it in the mail Monday. -Ginger Treptow (1/10/09) Mom you have no idea how much you will be missed. My kids & I will never be the same without you. You taught me how to be a great mom. I only hope that you are looking down @ me & saying "taught that girl everything she knows" because you did. You will always be in our hearts. I love you mom!!! XOXO Lisa -Lisa Beck (1/10/09) I met you,Lee, many years ago, & I still remember it clearly. You were the kindest, most gracious lady, you were considerate & beautiful. Your poise was exceptional. Your sweetness was huge. What was neat was that your kindness appeared completely natural & real - you were beautiful both inside & out. You were an intregal part of your family. Having suffered the tragic loss of a loved mother, I understand the huge loss that will be felt by your loved family. My heart goes out to both Lisa & Chip & the family during this time of sorrow. My prayers are with you all at this time of loss. -Lori PreFontaine-Perry (1/11/09) Chip, Kim, Cindy, Lisa and families, My heart goes out to you in your loss. Lee was a special friend and lady. We have shared many wonderful times together in our birthday lunch group, evening birthday group, Whos Who Singles, trips to Vegas and other special times. But always her family came first. She was so proud of all of you. We will miss this beautiful lady and friend. My heart goes out to you with love and sympathy. -Louise Sams (1/11/09) Posted at the FL Club: Ginger Treptow and Larry Kramer sent info that 1950s FA Lee Kangieser Beck has died.
