I am wondering  if  you have Ken Schultz  E-Mail  address.  
I would like to contact him about a death that was in 2000 or 2001. 
A friend in CLT has told me Kevin Cosby died  during that time period. 
Kevin was a mechanic  at FAL  and US Airways.

I have Ken's database dated Jan. 1, 2003 and Kevin Cosby is not on it.
Neither did I find a Kevin Cosby or K Cosby at the social security death index.
I'm cc'ing Ken in on this e-mail so yall can contact each other.
Let me know if I need to add Kevin to my list.

I have located the information on Kevin, 
the only change is that his name is spelled Crosby.
Kevin P. Crosby
Date of birth - Feb 13, 1956
Date of hire with FAL - Jan 4, 1978 
He worked in DEN Line Maint
The SSN shows his Last Residence as Belmont, NC.

Thanks Ken,
Dale Wood and some of the former Frontier guys at US Airways in CLT had known Kevin had passed away 
but wasn’t sure of the date and didn’t see his name on the last obituary list. 
They wanted him added, so ask me if I could contact someone to do it.

and
K CROSBY
Retained aircraft cleaner seniority of 1 yr 3 mos 10 days
both per the May 1986 FL/IAM Seniority List.
Thus his date of hire would be Jan 4, 1977
so Schultz' DOH must be a typo.
