JUDY B. SYMMES This Guest Book will remain online until 4/26/2011. at http://www.legacy.com/guestbook/signonsandiego/guestbook.aspx?n=judy-symmes&pid=149679667&cid=full April 12, 2011 Our hearts and prayers go out to all of Judy's family, including the Bob Teaff family. Can't imagine calling Bob's office and not hearing Judy's cheery voice on the other end. She possessed the gift of being efficient and professional, while conveying warmth and caring. She will be so missed by so many, but my, her light did shine! We send our love and deepest sympathy. ~ Don & Becky Baylor, La Quinta, California April 03, 2011 I met Judy several years ago at Bob Teaff's office. She was a true professional, kind and most helpful. She will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to her family. ~ Ella I. Paris April 02, 2011 There is not a day goes by that I do not miss Judy. You do not realize how short our time is on earth until there is a void in it. Judy worked down the hallway from me and parked her car next to mine each day. Now when I pull in the parking space, I wonder where is Judy. I know where she is. Judy is with the angels because she was one. She was the kindest person I have ever known with only goodness in her heart. We are all better for having known her. ~ Ruth Eastburn, Imperial Beach, California March 31, 2011 ...always a smile and dry wit and patience. Judy was just a wonderful lady who we will all miss. She had time for everyone and nothing was too much for her. She is gone too soon and will really be missed... ~ Fred and Natalie Lynn March 31, 2011 I'm saddened to hear of Judy's passing. She had a great sense of humour, good common sense and was always helpful, as well as a great ''secretary'' as she put it. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this most difficult time. ~ Betty Frazee, Santa Barbara, California March 29, 2011 Dear Judy's family, I was only getting to know Judy after meeting her at Bob Teaff's office last year as we worked together. Her smile and good cheer brought sunshine to every visit. I will miss her as I remember you all in my prayers. God blessed us with his gift of Judy's life. ~ Tom Huckabee, La Jolla, California March 29, 2011 All Judy's many friends at the old Frontier Airlines are saddened to hear of her passing. Our condolences to her family. ~ Jake Lamkins, Fayetteville, Arkansas March 29, 2011 My Heart goes out to Judy's Family. Although I did not know her well, I know how hard it is to lose a parent. Judy can never be replaced, but she can "live" in your hearts and memories always. ~ Claudia Noffsinger, Salt Lake City, Utah March 28, 2011 Dear Judy's Family, The picture of Judy is beautiful. She was beautiful inside and out. Our family misses her so much. Not only were Judy and Bob a team at work, she was a dear friend to us all. We thought of her as part of our family. She was always so kind and thoughtful and was so much fun to talk with. Whenever we saw anything chocolate we thought of Judy. Children loved her. She always had a stash of chocolate kisses to give them when they visited the office. We thought we would have years together and are devastated by her passing. We send our love to you all and will keep her and you in our thoughts and prayers. ~ The Teaff Family Bob, Patsy, Megan and Tim, Brian and Kourtney March 28, 2011 I have felt a huge loss of a great friend. She was very important to me in my life and I will miss her beyond words. I remember the detail well. She was very loyal and efficient and took care of many duties and responsibilities in my office and life. She will be remembered by me with love and fondness. ~ Kyle Jones, Salt Lake City, Utah March 27, 2011 To Christina, Laura and all of Judy's family, I can't tell you how devastated I was to hear of Judy's death. I won't begin to imagine how deep the loss is to you. I'm among many of the fortunate who basked in the light and joy of this wonderful force of nature. I met Judy through Bob Teaff, like so many local TV folks. I adored her; her humor, irreverence, and utter loveliness. If you called the office for Bob and he wasn't available, you'd be stoked to know you could have some talk time with Judy. Pure unadulterated CHICK stuff! There was an instant feeling of warmth and connection. I especially enjoyed talking about being a flight attendant (I was with TWA but airlines were all basically the same) and, of course, men. Whatever topic came up. I'm sorry I won't be in town for her service. I just want you to know there are so many people like me who may not have been family or a daily part of her life, but will never forget her. ~ Laura Buxton
