I had the honor and pleasure of working with Joe at the Frontier Airlines ticket counter in Spokane from May, 1980 to March, 1982. 
I will always remember him for his kindness and his great sense of humor. 
It was a real joy to visit with him again at his Northtown Mall stand in the late eighties.
My sincere condolences to Joe's family.
