Joe Craze died Sep 6, 2002
Joe was an aircraft mechanic and then maintenance inspector for 33 years.
His widow Pat sent the obituary:

If you use the whole photo,  I should state that the other man in the 
picture is Congressman Scott McGinnis, CO. (on left)  awarding  the Korean War 
Service Medal on the 50th anniversary of the Korean War.

He always had something good to say and a smile to go with it.
