FATHER OF DEN CLEANER/AIRCRAFT MECHANIC TJ STELTER

Captain Jim Stelter, flown west.
Flew many hundreds of hours with Jim when I was a F/O, 
and very sorry to hear of his passing this morning, Nov. 18th, of apparent heart failure. 
Ace passed this bad news on. Jim and I had many enjoyable layovers together.

Jim Stelter, was a a rather big guy, blonde hair.
If so I can still see his face. He was a nice guy.
Never gave the maint guys too much crap, did his job and seemed to always have a smile.

Does anyone recall if Captain Stelter had a son who also worked for FL, 
possibly a mechanic in DEN?

Yes, I believe he did, Did not know him well and he probably hired on in the early 80's. 
I do remember a conversation or two with his Dad 
(if its who i think it was)(see previous message)
Regarding his son and how was he doing.
There are a couple of other club members out there that could maybe help, 
Ken Rollins, Ron Jackson, Joe Crider, Big Jim, You guys got a clue?

Just spoke with Jim's wife. 
Jim was scheduled to have a pacemaker implant on Wednesday 15th, 
but the doctor delayed it, and Jim passed away in his sleep on the morning of the 18th of atrial fibrilation.

Catholic Church located at 6673 W. Chatfield in Littleton, Colorado.
