More bad news about one of our own:
Barb Wessler called today to inform me that Jim is in a continued care hospital
with incurable cancer of the throat and lungs.  He has been given three to six
month to live and three months have past.
He is in Harbor Lake continued care unit at Lake Granbury.

I just now received a phone call from Ed Trimble saying that
Captain Jim Harcrow has flown West.  He passed at 1025 this
morning – Monday, June 17, 2013.
Barb said he would be cremated. There will not be a service.
Ed said that she seems to be holding up pretty well.

More bad news, Captain Jim Harcrow flew west shortly before noon
this morning, a great man, good friend ,and one hell of an aviator. He will
be sorely missed by all of us at Frontier!!

I could only find this one picture of Jim Harcrow for now.  
Can't remember the guy on the left, next to him is Jim Wiche(sp), 
Keith Sleater and Jim Harcrow on the right.
This was taken at our 2003 FAL golf tournament.

I know Jim was not good at keeping in touch and I know you keep in
touch with the former Frontier pilots. Jim Harcrow flew west on June 17th
after a battle with cancer. He was 75 and had never been sick or ever in a
hospital. I was by his side when he left. He was a very brave man. Please
pass this on. I will have a memorial at the house for family. Jim did not
want a big to do so I will honor his wishes.
