Everyone gathered in front of the beautiful water fall in the hotel lobby for a group picture.  
Those who had started the party early and were unable to stand on their own were wedged 
into the middle of the group so they were supported by the crowd

Just turned on the computer and was sorry to read of the death of Captain John Stark. 
I enjoyed flying with Johnny for the brief time I flew out of KCI in 1979. 
Ann (Freese) Bozarth and I extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family.

He is not on the Nov 1984 employees roster
or the Sep 1985 pilot seniority list
so he may have never returned from LOA.
I'll show him leaving in 1982 until further advised.

Oct first 1978. I just got hired at FAL. Happy day. 
Well not so much really as Oct 1, was the first day of deregulation. 
The deregulation that destroyed the best airline system in the world. 
I remember standing just where this photographer stood and felt like I'd struck gold. 
Three furloughs later and I'd had enough and took a job with Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) aviation in Dallas. 
The little time with FAL was great and it was like seeing a relative die when it all came down.

Emily and Kate's Grandpa Jack Bozarth passed away peacefully last Friday morning.  
Those girls will know a lifetime of his love.
Friends will be received from 9-10am on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Parker-Millard.  
A Memorial service will be held at 10am with Father Roberto Ike officiating.  
Interment will follow the service at Columbia Cemetery.
