JACK BASS 1958 - 1986 STATION AGENT, SENIOR STATION AGENT, JAMTO AGENT, PRESIDENTS ASSISTANT PHX ABQ DEN JACK WAS MARRIED TO FLIGHT ATTENDANT WANDA FOSTER BASS As I recall, and yes I'm getting more mature daily, the President's Assistant program started in the latter part of 1967 and went out about 1969 in the fall I think. Vince Davis was the Manager of the program. Jack Casey, Jack Bass, Rich Cunningham, Jim Dawson, Chuck Fahrenholtz, Fred Stevens, plus the ones mentioned. I think we had about 10 or 12 that started the program and we added some more after about six months into the program. The Co. put the special phone on the aircraft so that we could call directly into reservations. It was a great program while it lasted. -Buck Hawk (11/24/04) I started on the ramp in Denver at Stapleton loading DC3's working with John Morgan, Jack Bass, Sam Paulson (Sam was known as Stuttering Sam but when he use to PA you thought this guy should be in radio). -Herb Schmidt (8/1/05) J A BASS M DOB 1/31/23 DOH 9/20/58 Per the Dec 1984 Pension Records.
