Posted at the FL Club: More deaths in the FLamily I found this obituary while websearching: Gary Lynn Lee "Gary lived in Williston and Minot, ND where he worked for Frontier Airlines and in Grand Forks, ND, where he worked for SATO Travel." Gary was 61 when he died Apr 25, 2007. Post any info you have about these three FLolks. I have very little on them. -Jake Lamkins (12/6/09) I worked with Gary Lee at Grand Forks in 1979 and early 80. He was a station agent there with FL before he went to SATO. He was a very laid back agent and was very patient with me when he was training. He used to say I was "owly" which is apparently a midwestern term for cantankerous. My wife and I are saddened to hear of his passing but it was a pleasure knowing him. -Mike Barney, FL 1979-86 GFK SMF (12/7/09) G L LEE Station agent seniority date of 1/10/67, emp# 05190, on the 7/1/84 FL/ALEA seniority list. He is on the 1/1/86 list with retained seniority in group E of 18 yrs 5 mos 10 days. So he went into an uncovered position (perhaps SATO manager) in mid 1985 but was with FL til the end. -Jake Lamkins (12/11/09) Posted at the FL Club New memorial webpage GARY LEE 1967 - 1986 STATION AGENT INW MOT GFK http://FAL-1. tripod.com/ Gary_Lee. html Do not have much info on Gary. Post your remembrances. -Jake Lamkins (12/14/09) I worked with Gary in Minot for about six months before I transferred to Billings. That would have been in late 1966. He was a great guy to work with. -Darrell Robson (12/16/09) G LEE M DOB 12/28/45 DOH 1/10/67 Per the Dec 1984 Pension Records. Based on his DOH and retained seniority on the Jan 1986 FL/ALEA Seniority List, he went into a non-covered position around Jun 20, 1985. I have not been able to determine what the position was and where it was at but it probably was at GFK SATO. -Jake Lamkins (3/2/17) FLacebook - FL Club FLight West: Gary Lee ISN MOT GFK station agent and SATO agent Gary Lee's memorial webpage has been updated.
