I too, had the privilege of working with Mr.Miller (as I have always called him) as a young mechanic for AA. 
He helped me out of a lot of tight spots. He was a good person, who is now in the care of god,

I had the privilege of working with Garland on Jack Sneddons crew for several years at DFW airport. 
His experience and willingness to help a young mechanic made my job at American Airlines a lot easier. 
Garland was a good man and a loving father. He had some pretty good stories to tell. 
He will be missed by all who knew and worked with him.
