I found Freida's obituary while doing a periodic web search for Central Airlines deaths.

Freida Taylor Black, 81, a retired executive assistant, died Thursday, March 16, 2006, in Houston.
......
Freida was just such a person that anyone would want to have as a friend. 
From Central Airlines to Champlin Petroleum I learn to appreciate her and her talents.

Not much info on Freida other than the two Aug 1963 items and the obituary.
I'll assume she worked until the Central offices closed after the Oct 1967 merger with Frontier
and that she chose not to transfer to Denver.
Maybe more information will show up if someone remembers her.
