	Just back in country and learned of Fred's passing. 
My heart goes out to you and your entire family. 
First and foremost Fred was a true gentleman. 
He was also an excellent Pilot, a pleasure to work with and a good friend. 
He will be missed by all his friends at the "Old" Frontier.
