Eliot Johnson flown west
I found an obituary in the PIT newspaper 
that Eliot Johnson, age 86, who had worked with FL had died.
Does anyone recall him?
It said he went with US Airways after FL.

At time of shut down my company roster shows only 2 E. Johnson:
One born 8/23/50 a Res Agent lived in Aurora   
the other was  a E. D. Johnson born 11/17/35 shows he was SR Agent and lived in Lakewood.  
Roster does not give first names just initials.

Eliot Johnson is featured in the September, 1952, Sunliner News on page 2, 
with an article titled, Eliot Johnson Gains Mountain Climbing Fame.  
The September, 1953 Sunliner News, pg. 1 reported "MORE EMPLOYEES JOIN FIVE-YEAR CLUB".
This would make Eliot's date of hire in September, 1948, with Monarch Air Lines.
Apparently he left Frontier in 1955 - 1958 since there is no listing of his name in the 1958, 10-year awards.
I recall Eliot making pitons on his day's off in 1950 in the welding shop to support his mountain climbing hobby.

He is not shown in the Nov 1955 Frontier employees roster.

Per the Feb 1960 Frontier employees roster.
He does not appear in the Dec 1970 Frontier employees roster.
Eliot got a 5 year award in 1953 per the Sep 1953 article.
He must have quit the company several years then returned as a buyer by Feb 1960.
The Aug 1961 news item is the last trace of him at Frontier.
I'll show his time at Frontier as 1948-1954 / 1959-1962 until more info is received.
