I was based in SLC late 60's early 70's and knew and flew with Fred ((580).... He was a great guy to fly with. The picture entitled "Another pix of Fred in 1977" shows Fred and another pilot in a sport coat. That pilot is Ed Radford.... He was based in SLC at the same time I was... I'm certain any of the other SLC guys will concur... He and his son were killed in a light airplane crash in the SLC area...
