I guess I forgot to wind my sundial Best Wishes, -Ace Avakian (3/13/02) I already knew about Don from Ace's earlier message. I called Alice a few minutes ago to offer my condolences. Thanks for keeping on top of everything. The westbound corridors are becoming more and more congested with our people. -Clyde Hart (3/13/02) Don Adams was a swell guy. He was the one who headed up the retired Frontier pilots group in the DFW area. -Billy Walker (3/13/02) I called Alice (Bordelon) Adams yesterday. We had flown together many years ago. She told me that she and Don were in the office and she was on the computer, and when she turned around Don had slumped over his desk. He had passed over next to her in his office without a sound. He had a previous heart attack 13 years earlier, but appeared to be in good health. He never, (to my knowledge), spoke badly of anyone. He was liked by all. Don was an excellent F/E, F/O and Captain. He, like all the rest, will be missed. -Clyde Hart (3/14/02) D D ADAMS Pilot seniority date of 6/5/67 on the 9/1/85 FL/ALPA Seniority List. He is not on the 9/1/86 List. I will assume he retired in 1986 before the last seniority list was issued. -Jake Lamkins (1/2/11) Subject: Two FLolks named Don Adams DON ADAMS 1962 - 1986 STATION AGENT BVO TUL http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Don_Adams1.html DON ADAMS 1967 - 1986 PILOT GSW DEN http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Don_Adams.html Both memorial webpages updated.
