DAN RECKNOR 1967 - 1986 AIRCRAFT MECHANIC DEN My father, Dan Moody Recknor, worked from July 1967 to closing. He was an avionics technician. He worked on radar and directional metering equipment. I recall one of his co-workers was Carl Cash. I am sorry to say he flew west a couple of years ago at age 83. I hope maybe some day I will bump in to some one here who knew him. -James Recknor (10/3/14) D M RECKNOR Aircraft mechanic seniority date of 7/5/67 per the May 1986 FL/IAM Seniority List. -Jake Lamkins (10/8/14) FLacebook - FL Club DEN aircraft mechanic Dan Recknor's memorial webpage has been posted. http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Dan_Recknor.html -Jake Lamkins (10/9/14) I was just browsing your page as my granddad Dan Recknor worked for Frontier. Thank you so kindly for taking the time to gather and put together the info and pictures. I have several fond memories of the Frontier Christmas Party in the Hanger. I'm guessing I was about 5 or 6. -Diane Recknor Gardner (10/16/14) In the 1980's my little girl Diane helped her granddad repair the cockpit instruments in the DEN shop. In the 1960's as a little boy I helped my dad repair the instruments in the DEN shop. Sweet memories decades later of a Saturday in the shop spent with dad. The best things in life are free and family. OK, I probably wasn't really helping that much... -James Recknor (10/23/14)
