Hobin, Feb. 17, 1951 in Aiken, S.C. and fathered six children. Clifford was known to everyone as an outgoing, good humored man with a big heart. He loved his family and made friends everywhere he went. He was a forgiving man who knew both how to receive and extend grace. He loved the Lord with all his heart and fought the good fight to the very end. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever. Cliff was a BOI station agent who started 11/12/55. -Jake Lamkins (3/28/07) Does anyone know what might have happened with the three gentlemen above? Arty Ray went on to be the manager in ISN and DRO. I believe that Enos took over as manager in ALS when Cliff Maggard went to BOI. They all worked in ALS with me in 1976. I know that our station manager at the time Cliff Maggard passed away a few years ago but I have lost touch with the three guys above and would love to find an email address or contact for them. -Joe Barker (8/9/11) I tsfrd to ALS after being cut from GRI I remember working with both Cliff and Enos sometime in '59 and '60 before trsfring to PUB Walt Rea was the manager then, also worked with Jim Oby, Pat Turner and others I can't remember names too well. Those were the good old times! -Larry Baumgartner (8/14/11) I remember Walt Ray working in BOI for a short time. He was either #1 in seniority or #2 behind Cliff Maggard. Cliff worked ticket counter and had transferred from ALS. He and Walt were old friends. Don't remember why Walt came to BOI or how long he was there, but I think he had left before the shut-down and went back to DRO. I remember Cliff talked a lot about Enos. -Jim Lane (8/15/11) Subject: Updated memorial webpage CLIFF MAGGARD 1955 - 1986 STATION AGENT, STATION MANAGER ALS FLG BOI http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Cliff_Maggard.html Found a few new items for Cliff's page and moved it to a non-ad site.
