Claire was such kind and godly man. 
My family always enjoyed listening to him sing and play his guitar on Sunday mornings.

Claire was such a wonderful friend and mentor for me. 
We would argue over everything, tease each other, 
and help guide each other in the right direction during these trying times. 
My mom and dad passed away a few years back, 
and talking to Claire was like still getting to talk to my parents as he so much represented his great generation. 
And what a gifted musician and entertainer.

I am writing a note for my mother Alice Martin, friend of Gene DeHart and friend of Mr. Creviston. 
She wanted me to say how much she thought of Claire and how much she enjoyed going to the breakfast meetings with the group. 
She told me that Gene thought so much of him and that in his book he is just tops. 
God blessed all of us for having known him and will be dearly missed.

Claire always made everyone's day better with his positive attitude and great sense of humor.
