Does anyone recall a FL pilot called Chuck Martin?  
He is on Ace Avakian's "Gone West" list as need info.

No Martin on the 11/4/55 FL Roster.
Three Martins on the Feb 1960 FL Roster.
None match Chuck.

Seems like I remember him - tall slender fellow - 
I think he flew out of Newark on the 737. Has he 'gone west'?
