I don't see Boyd's name on Ace's last GONE WEST List in the FARPA newsletter. 
Can you give me some details?

Boyd was the chief honcho in Crew Scheduling at CEN so he wouldn't appear on Ace's list. 
He never went to FAL and last I heard (many moons ago) he was managing a WalMart someplace.

I would say it is based on his birthdate and the address at Decatur TX. 
And it's not that common a name either.

Boyd was married to Butch Loucks, a CN reservation agent, per a Sep 1964 CN Skywriter article.

Boyd V. Loucks 
DECATUR
Boyd Vincent Loucks, 64, the former owner of Good Luck Grocery and Convenience Store in Boyd, died Thursday at home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove No. 1 Baptist Church. Burial: Pleasant Grove No. 1 Cemetery.
Memorials: Vitas Hospice, 2501 Parkview Dr., Suite No. 600, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
Mr. Loucks was born March 25, 1932, in Altoona, Pa.
He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. 
He was a veteran of World War II, was an Air Force veteran, was a member of the Lion's Club and was a Mason.
He was married to Emma Lee Oates June 18, 1955, in Keeter.
Survivors: Wife, Emma Lee; son and daughter-in-law, Vince and Carol Loucks of Decatur; 
sister and brother-in-law, Marian and Andrew Georgiana of Altoona, Pa.; 
and grandchildren, Michael Loucks and Phyllis Loucks, both of Decatur.
