Not on the Oct 1979 FL News masthead.
In the Nov 1978 FL telephone directory but not the Dec 1979 directory.

The May/Jun 1978 Frontier News announced his hire.
His name appeared for the first time on the Frontier News masthead in that issue.
I'll assume he started in May 1978.
It last appears on the Jan 1979 issue of the newsletter so his time at Frontier was short.
His name is not on the Mar 1979 Frontier News so I will assume he left about Feb 1979.
