I found a Nov 1972 obituary at
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=84833543
which says he was the HVR office manager.
I cannot find anything about him in my FLiles.
I suspect he may have been a contract employee.
Post any info you have.

There are several online references to Bill Folda in Havre
which appears to be his nickname.
A family history of his wife calls him Bill 
as does an Oct 9, 1969 article in the Havre Daily News
about a grand opening of a sports equipment store.
His son Terry drowned in 1988, age 25, while in the U. S. Navy.

The Jan 1970 FL telephone directory shows Tony Shepherd as HVR station manager.
The Jul 1970 FL phone directory does not show HVR as served.
An Oct 1971 FL route map shows HVR being served
so I will guess that Bill started with FL in 1971.
I was unable to find the cause of death.
