Is that Betty Worl - the last name isn't clear on my copy.

Betty Worl is correct.
In checking other sources, -  she was 54 years old when she died.

It is Betty Worl, she was the vice president of operations secretary. 
The top photo shows, Marilyn Kendell, Kenny Worl (Bettys Husband) and Betty Worl to the right. 
Taken in Tanzania Africa in 1970.
The second photo shows Betty Worl standing next to Marilyn Kendell (my wife) in Rome Italy 1963. 
Betty is on the left in the black coat. Thanks for all your work.

I just remembered, Betty was Ed O'Neil's Secretary.

Betty is not in the 11/4/55 FL Personnel Directory.
She is listed in the 6/12/67 FL Phone Directory.
Al Kendell's 1963 date for the Rome trip is the earliest date with FL I have found.
A web search found no further info.

Per the Feb 1960 Frontier Employees Roster

Betty is shown as a new hire in the Feb 1952 article
but is not shown on the Nov 1955 FL Roster.
There must have been a break in her service
since the Feb 1960 FL Roster shows her DOH as 1956.
I'll show her dates as 1952/54 - 1956/77 until more info is received.
Do not know why the grave item says 
she died Jan 13 and the FL article says Feb 10.
