BARBARA CRAIG REYNOLDS 1973 - 1986 FLIGHT ATTENDANT DFW DEN FLacebook: Martie Palser Are there any F/As out there from DFW? I have been looking for them for awhile now. I found out yesterday that my closeset friend from DFW died 2 years ago from cancer. Just wanted to know if there is any more information on Stephanie Kraus. Janie Roach, and Barbara Reynolds. Jake Lamkins Janie lives in Groesbeck, TX and took the newsletter until last October. Nothing on Barbara but there is a S Krause on the ESOP Lost List. (1/28/13) FLacebook post re emergency landing in DEN on Aug 5, 1982 Carol Bartley My best friend Barbara Reynolds was on the flight. She swears when they were ready to land, one of the other FAs had her Bible out on the jump seat, and Barb tells her to put it away and get out her manual and study "emergency landing!" I remember the media got hold of the story, and they showed a "live" feed on TV of the plane circling for hours. (8/17/13) Martie Palser It sounds to me like Barbara had the right emergency manual out! I loved flying with her. She told wonderful stories about her Charles. Always wore the same color of lipstick too. Carol Bartley Indelible Orange Lipstick - She babysat my niece before Ryan or Laura were born. When I got home, Whitney - Niece, was covered in Orange Lips from her kissing her all day! (8/17/13) FLacebook Joan Rives Hello. I am a former Braniff Stewardess. 1972-1980. I am heartbroken to report that the info I gathered showed that she passed away on June 11, 2020 in Kentucky. I have no other information. I am going to try to call her brother. Jake Lamkins Let us know what you find out. My last web search found nothing. Was her name still Reynolds? Carol Bartley I believe so. Barbara Jean Craig Reynolds. It says she died in Hebron, Kentucky. I believe she went to fly with another airline many years ago. Her daughter Laura died October 15, 2019. Barbara died June 11, 2020. Her husband Charles died in 1999. Laura had a little girl, Jessie. Donna Harrison Carol Bartley So sad to hear. Barbara was a lovely person. So sad to hear of the passing of so many family members in such a close timeframe. Sounds like way too many broken hearts. Martie Palser Carol, this makes me so sad. I loved Barbara. She was so kind and fun to be around. She was one of the F/As that made my flying out of DFW so great. She tried really hard to help me with my golfing. It was an epic fail, but not because of Barbara's lack of trying. I just had no talent. I will always remember her fondly. Carol Bartley I never have ever heard she knew how to play golf. That was probably the problem with your golfing. I'm so sad also. We talked day and night everyday until she disappeared. I loved her so much. I knew when Charles died but didn't remember he was only 67. She was 69. Unbelievable. Martie Palser Barbara took me to their country club and we took several lessons. I can't remember the name of the CC. It had been around many, many years. (7/17/23) Carol Bartley I think the picture of the 4 of us was August 1978. I have a whole bunch of pictures of our kids together etc. We were in class together and years later we flew together as much as possible. Thanks again for your help.
