Greetings, everyone! I am finally sitting down to send the official “close to the event” invitation out for our 2003 FAL BIL Reunion. The date is Saturday, July 12, in our back yard from 4:00 PM ‘til whenever! As Darrell did last year, Al and I will provide pop, beer, hamburgers, hot dogs, buns and chips and we ask that those attending bring either a salad or dessert (see below). So far, I have heard from former employees as far away as the Carolinas and Texas who plan to attend if all goes well. Should be a super time catching up and reminiscing.
We will need extra lawn chairs if you can bring them and, of course, bring along your FAL memorabilia and any photos you have for display.
Our address is 832 Kale Drive in Billings Heights: From town or Airport Rd. to Main Street north to Wicks Lane, then right on Wicks to the light at Bench Blvd., left on Bench then straight north until you see Kale on the right (only way to turn). We are the 6th house on the right-hand side. As you travel north on Bench you will pass Bitterroot School on the right at Kyhl Lane – do not be confused by the Kyhl – continue past the school and the baseball fields over the ditch at Barrett Rd. and Kale is the second street past Barrett.

Whether or not you can attend this years bash, would you please RSVP and include a short note telling us when, where and in what capacity you worked on the FAL system and what you have been doing since August of 1986 (the demise of FAL as we knew it) Include your physical and email address, if you have one, and would like to hear from other former FAL employees. I will try to compile a reunion booklet for everyone with this information.
We will again use the alphabetic system of assigning salads and desserts and will reverse last year’s assignment. This year if you name starts with A through K we ask that you bring a salad. Names M through Z are requested to bring a dessert.
