ARLENE PAIT HAMPTON 1971 - 1979 SECRETARY MKC MCI MARRIED TO PILOT MIKE HAMPTON Mike had sent me info about Frosty Frost flying west then he emailed me to phone him which I did. We chatted a short time and then his wife Arlene talked to me. She began work in MKC as flight operations secretary when Feldman opened it in 1971. She left in 1979 when the office was closed. All the pilots were her pals and confided in her. She had been a PanAm stew before FL because she spoke Turkish. She said she's 5 feet tall and weighs 85 pounds. -Jake Lamkins (6/2/17) Arlene Hampton passed away Jan 19, 2018 This is the third obit Meyers Funeral Home has published for Arlene. She was working in the Chief Pilot's Office when I first started flying out of Kansas City in the fall of 1977, and that seems like only yesterday! She was always helpful , bright and cheery - a very giving person. She will be missed by many.
