ANN YANULAVICH 1956 - 1979 SECRETARY, EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, MANAGER OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEN Posted at the FL Club Re: Ex Colorado Governor John Love Governor Love is the same John Love who was on the Fronter Board. Sorry I don't know the exact dates but do know he was on the Board when I was in Public Affairs 68-71 -Ann Yanulavich (1/28/02) Subject: Re: Sam Cales' obituary Sam Cales was without question one of the finest people I have ever met and one that I was proud to call my friend for many years - at Frontier and Conrinental. I had lost touch with him in the mid 90's but thanks to the Frontier alumni site, I made contact with him through email earlier this year. He will be sorely missed by his family and everyone who knew him. -Ann Yanulavich (6/26/02) Posted at the FL Club Great idea of putting the $ and date on the mailing label. I was just about to check whether it was time for me to send another check and sure enough, it's been just about a year. So, attached is my check for $20. keep up the good work. I've enjoyed finding a lot of old friends through FRONTIER NEWS, telling others about it, and being kept up tp date on some of the folks who have "headed west." Ran across some old pictures recently and wanted to send a couple to you but first want to contact some of the folks in them to see if they are okay with my giving them to you for possible publication. I'll get back to you on this soon. Let me know if I can help at anytime. Sincerely, -Ann Yanulavich, Estero, FL, FL 1956-79 (8/6/02) Posted at the FL Club Subject: Frank Davidson Thoughts of "Fud" bring back some fond memories. He just loved to give shoulder and back rubs to some of us youngsters (at the time)as we were hard at work over our manual typewriters. We all loved to see him come into the office - always with a smile and a joke!! When someone new came along and experienced his wonderful shoulder rub, he'd say in an innocent voice - I studied to be a massage therapist but I didn't pass the test - MY HAND SLIPPED. I know Jeanne Hanson will remember this, too. -Ann Yanulavich (8/2/03) I'd like to have Hank Lund's email address and can't find it on the website. Could you provide it to me? I feel relatively confident he would not object. Tried to find his home address but all I can come up with is Surprise, AZ and no street. Made the big decision recently to accept a full time job again. I'm now the Manager at Fifth Avenue Executive Suites in Naples. It's a job I really enjoy - have been working part time here for a few years while still doing private computer classes. Strange feeling that as I near my 65th birthday, I've been offered three jobs. Still devoting my volunteer hours to Angel Flight Southeast Angel Flight -- When You Need an Angel . Hope all is well with you. I'm still determined to find the time to send you a story about the early days of Frontier and some of the interesting people who made it so special. You are doing a great job. If I can ever be of help in proofing, gathering info or anything else you may need, don't hesitate to ask. -Ann Yanulavich (8/15/04) Ann is in the 1979 Frontier Family Cookbook. -Jake Lamkins (12/4/04) I lost touch with the FL alumni group, but wanted to let you know about Ann. Ann was expected at an event today and when she didn't appear, a friend went to her home in Estero, FL, and found that she had passed away in her sleep. Arrangements are pending. We will all miss her - she was one in a million. -Claire Hagemeier (12/19/04) Thank you, Claire. I appreciate you letting me know. It's terribly sad. Ann had stayed in touch via email since she connected with the FL group. She posted at the message board and was helpful to me in many ways. I wonder where I can get a photo - do you happen to have one? If you see an obit, please send me a copy. -Jake Lamkins (12/19/04) Posted at the FL Club: Ann Yanulavich has died. We were at a restaurant in Estero, FL. I had dinner at the same restaurant last week. She had a teaching school for seniors to learn internet/computers. She also managed an office building wereby CEO from everywhere could fly into RSW or Naples. The CEO would have access to office help and could have a Florida office and play on the beach. I remember if something happened at the station and we got a bad letter, Ann could always make us look good. -Harold Maxwell (1/15/12) FLacebook - FL Club FLight West DEN manager-consumer affairs Ann Yanulavich's memorial webpage has been updated. http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Ann_Yanulavich.html Eight items added. -Jake Lamkins (5/16/15) Great lady. came to my 20th FL Anniversary held in my home in Tempe.
