Email to Billy Walker and pilots:
Does anyone recall a FL pilot named Troy Dann Tigner.
His obituary is attached which does not clearly state his position at FL.
I found an online record of him being a flight engineer in the Air Force in 1967.
He was discharged in 1968 so his FL time would be afterwards.
Any info appreciated.

No, Sorry.  He might have been in maintanence if the other pilots do not know him.  
Most Air Force flight engineers were maintenance trained.
