(I could not find anything in the SSDI to confirm her death.)

I worked for Art Davis and retired in 1985.
Moved to the Northwest in 1998.
Just found out about FRONTIER NEWS.
Enclosed check for $10 for subscription.
Did you know that Toshie Fresquez (Pass Bureau) passed away Oct. 1987 due to heart attack?
Also Carol Wallace (secretary in security office) died May '99
and Shirley Cook (Pass Bureau) of ALS in 2002.

I checked SSDI for Toshie 1980-2004, Toshie Fresquez, Fresquez for 1985-95.
Checked Toshi for 1986-90.
Couldn't find anything.

The Date of hire (Date of ALEA seniority) for Tosh is April 5, 1971.
Also per the Mortuary, Toshi died October 1, 1987.

Services, Olinger Highland Chapel, Tuesday 10 a.m.
Services will conclude in the Chapel.

Her first name is spelled Toshie in the obit but Toshi in FL papers.
Sandy said she was 54 which makes 1933 her year of birth.
Another search of SSDI and Google found nothing checking both versions.

I'm using the Toshie spelling from the obituary.
