He was born 2 Dec. 46 and joined the WyANG as a Capt. pilot in 1978, 
flew C-130B models and left WyANG as a Major in 1984.

As a US Air Force Academy classmate of Sandy's, 
I remember him as friendly and valued classmate and officer. 
My heartfelt condolences to his wife and son.
