NORM LOEHR 1967 - 1986 STATION AGENT MKC MCI September 20th FL gathering, Kansas City We had a good turnout today....19 in all. It is a beautiful Fall day in KC, and much going on... with the Plaza Art Fair and Royals Baseball claiming some of our FLolks. In attendance were: Gary and Brenda Wise, Ron Gallop,Ken Mast, Gary and Rosalie Summers, Richard and Kathy Metz, Reva Burke, Dan Donovan, Jim Asplund, Phillip Montgomery, Clay Riecker, Gene (Tiger) Iverson, Vic Preter, Norm and Kay Loehr, and Mike and Rose Dragen. One more gathering this year...November 15th is our last gathering for this year. Hope to see you in November. -Rose Dragen (9/20/14) Sad News Kay Loehr called this morning to advise that everybody's pal Norm... Norman Loehr passed away yesterday, October 19th, 2017. Norm was a station agent for FL in Kansas City....both airports. He was 84. He and Kay had been married 57 years. Many of you know Norm's health had been failing for several years. He was in hospice at the time of his death. Kay shared that he was tired of the fight and was ready to move on. Norm made his own final arrangements: Join family and friends on October 28th, 2017 at 11:00AM for graveside services at Raymore Cemetery, E Lucy Webb Rd S Aspen Dr, Raymore, MO 64083 Kay invites you to their home following the service.
