Web and FL file search turned up nothing new.

Kay was in the Jun 2, 1961 flight attendant class
but she is not on the Nov 1961 FL/AFA Seniority List.
She may have married pilot Paul Haynie but it has not been confirmed.
I'll assume she was based in DEN until more info is received.
