I think Joanie was about number 3 on the Res seniority list. -Carolyn Boller (7/2/02) Joan was a dear friend and during her last 1 1/2 years, she and Ken fought their cancer battles together. She was here almost daily until her final hospitalization. Ken got to visit her on her last day of life. I was forbidden entrance because I had a cold but they had a chance to hug and say goodbye. -Marty Wells (4/1/05) J A MARQUEZ Reservation agent seniority date of 1/7/63, #6, Emp# 05463 per the 1/1/86 FL/ALEA Seniority List. When I opened St. Louis we originally used the res office in Denver until we opened up in St. Louis. Joannie was on the special customer desk and we were flooded with phone calls from travel agents, airline res as to her highly professional service. When we switched over to our St. Louis set up we still had customers tell us how much they missed talking to her. God bless her memory. -Art Giffin (7/27/13) Art is right. Joannie was professional and personable. Never had a negative comment. Not many like her. Res was fun in those days and she was a big part of it. I'm sure she's working res for God. -Dick Rohrmann (7/27/13)
