George A. Smith, AE '36, of Littleton, Colo., on Nov. 21, 1996. 
Mr. Smith was a retired vice president of Frontier Airlines in Colorado. 
He was a captain in the Air Force during World War II 
and came back to Atlanta following the war to practice law. 
He worked in the firm of Smythe-Gambrell, 
then became a vice president of Eastern Airlines before joining Frontier.

I came across your website looking for an old friend 
whose father worked at FL with my own father, in the 1960s. 
I was originally looking for anything on George A. Smith, a vice president. 
I am trying to locate his son David.
I was a temporary Frontier employee myself in 1967 working in reservations 
at the time they were converting to their first computerized system. 
Its really nice you have this site.

Smith is listed on the 1973 annual report but not the 1974 
report which does not even show his title.
Check Schultz database.
Died in Littleton CO age 83.

I have seen your website regarding Gaorge A. Smith.....airline exec.
In the Summer of '64 I was on a bicycle trip in Europe with  George''s son David Smith.
We are trying to round up the group for a big 50 reunion....BUT we cant find David.
Is there any chance that you have in some odd corner David's middle initial....
OR the obituary to give us some more leads.....??

I'm sorry but I have no info on George's son David.
I have never been able to find George's obituary
or any information on his family.
I also heard from David Fitzgerald about this.
