I found Ed's online obituary while doing a periodic web search
for Frontier Airlines obituaries.

He worked for Central Airlines at MHK - Manhattan, KS
per two 1965 articles I found.
I found nothing else about him in my FLiles.
His obituary says he worked in LAW - Lawton, OK
so I will show both cities as his assigned stations.
His obituary also states he started in 1962 right after discharge 
from the Navy and quit in 1970 when he moved to Minnesota.
