per the Feb 1960 Frontier Roster.
He is not on the Mar 1962 FL/ALEA Seniority List.
I'll guess he left in late 1961 since his obit
says he worked full time for the Winslow
police department from 1962 to 1972.

WINSLOW - Two programs on drug abuse today will begin Elks Lodge 536's annual Youth Week. 
This afternoon, high school students will hear reports on the drug problem 
from Winslow Police Chief Walter Maule, Police Detective Duane Miller, 
a U.S. Customs Service representative, and a local pharmacist. 
The public Is invited to a similar program at 7:30 p.m.
