DOCTOR BECKY 1973 - 1986 CORPORATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR DEN FLacebook How many remember Dr. Becky? -Mike White (5/27/13) Dr. Becky was my doctor when I was a little kid, long before I went to work for Frontier! -Tom Schmidt (5/27/13) Dr. Becky sewed my eye up after I got hit with a spring loaded tongue on a freighter. -Connie Mcalister (5/27/13) He was my doctor when I lived in Den 16 years. -Shirley Shackelford (5/27/13) I had my flight attendant physical with Dr. Becky. -Marcia Glasrud Crump (5/27/13) Oh yeah. " You ARE feeling OK aren't you". That is what I remember him saying when we went in for our annual physical exam when I worked in the paint shop. -Paul Ruberg (5/27/13) Bend over and cough was all I ever heard. I did pull my back carrying up a "person of size" in a carryon chair on a 580 at DEN gate 20A. Becky said take some aspirin and and come back if it doesn't get better. My back still aches. Always enjoyed the loading bridge gates better as a SSA. -Mike White (5/27/13) Dr. Becky had a bad reputation with some airline people, me included. He was so vague and not good bed side manner. -Marcia Glasrud Crump (5/27/13) "You're well enough to go back to work" -Ron Abfalter (5/27/13) He was great when I first started seeing him. He even made a few house calls back in those days (1955- ?) This was right after he started practicing. Always pleasant! He removed my tonsils and also helped on an exploratory surgery on me my senior year of high school. He must have changed with age as he was always so nice to my family and especially me. I heard he is still alive, 87 years old, but obviously retired. -Tom Schmidt (5/27/13) I wonder what "D" would say about Becky's diagnosis (three times) of mononucleosis regarding a growing lump. Second opinion, weeks later...tumor and cancer. I think everyone should get second or third opinion when you think it could be serious. Thankfully, "D" survived! -Kay Morey (5/27/13) I fished at his ranch all the time. He was a nice guy. Had a lot of horses. That why people called him a horse doctor. -Kevin Porreco (5/28/13) I remember him...not fondly! -Gary Smith (5/29/13) Remember?! He had to examine me after an inflight injury to my shoulder. Guess he didn't believe me so he yanked my injured arm up. Was sitting on the exam table where my leg reflexed a rather strong kick to his crotch. Never saw him ever again! -Kathie Ott Weisiger (5/29/13) J R BECKY Emp# 11535 Address in Denver, CO per the Nov 1984 and Aug 1990 Frontier Employees Roster.
