In the sand hills straight north of LBF -Dale Kindred (2/8/02) No wonder I couldn't remember. That was before my time. I started in 1964. When did FL pull out of ANW? -Jake Lamkins (2/9/02) I believe they closed ANW in 1962 or early 1963. It was on a route from CPR to Douglas WY, Chadron, Valentine, NE, Ainsworth, NE, Norfolk, NE, LNK and Term OMA. It was part the then known seven states case which started service in Montana, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma. I don't have anything to tell any of those details. -Dale Kindred (2/10/02) DALE E KINDRED 77 SPOKANE WA ROBERTA H KINDRED 76 SPOKANE WA -US Search (9/18/06) D E KINDRED Seniority date of 3/10/53, #11, on the 1/1/86 FL/ALEA seniority list. -Jake Lamkins (9/18/06) Hi Jake I am sad to report that my good friend and fellow Frontier employee Dale Kindred passed away on 03 Feb. 2007 in Spokane, WA. This was back in the days that we were only making about 410 bucks a month. We had just moved from Gillette WY into Casper to go to work for Frontier and the second move was tough to scrape up enough money to make the move. Dale was very supportive and a really good but tough manager to work for. Dale was the kind of guy if you worked hard and learned what you need to learn you were ok in his book. I remember one time he didn’t think I had cleaned the bathrooms to his satisfaction and he gave me a chewing out like I had never had before. Dale was the kind of guy that commanded your respect as there was no gray area when it came to working for Frontier Airlines. He was a great guy. Unfortunately I never did get to see Dale again when I got transferred to Jackson WY in 1971. -Ken Wientjes (2/4/14) FLacebook - FL News GEG senior station agent Dale Kindred's memorial webpage has been upgraded. http://FAL-1.tripod.com/Dale_Kindred.html Moved to an ad free site and added some items. -Jake Lamkins (2/12/14) I worked in Spokane the year the mountain blew. I think it was 1980. I worked with Dale. In fact I was the only girl out of 22 men who all had senority over me and I thought I had a lot!!! Dale was so sweet and nice, I don't think I can forget him for his smiles and kindness. They all were nice to me. That was the good ole days! -Shirley Shackelford (2/13/14)
