At one time I and an agent rented the main floor of a house that Bob Johnson owned. Bob was living in the basement. Larry my room mate had a girl over one evening and they were drinking and being loud. I had already gone to bed. Bob had my phone number and called me, my phone was next to my bed. When I answered he give me hell for all the noise, that it had woke him up, told him it woke me up also. At first Bob thought I was part of the party. Told Bob I have been dealing with this for several nights. I will be moving out and Larry is the one you have your lease agreement with. Hope he can make the rent payments without me. I did move out the next day. Larry learned to be quiet, he also struggled to make the monthly rent. Years after the shut down I would see Bob Johnson at Texas Roadhouse every now and then. -Roger Greenlee (6/21/19)
